Mark Tooley, at Institute of Religion and Democracy, writing for Frontpage.com, says the Syrian government is praising Rick Warren for endorsing the Syrian perspective on the Middle East. Rick Warren visited Syria, and next year he visits North Korea.

I guess the Rick Warren's purpose driven church is now purpose driven foreign policy. Is he resigning from Saddleback to become a deplomat?
